About Me

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. I have been providing psychological services since 2010, working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, learning differences, trauma, phobias, and autism spectrum disorder.

I have experience supporting children and adults with neurodiversity, including ADHD, learning differences, and autism, with an emphasis on understanding individual strengths while addressing areas of challenge.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices—therapies that have been extensively researched and shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms and improving functioning. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment, with treatment tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. My work is focused, practical, and aimed at helping clients experience meaningful, lasting change.
