Psychological Services
I provide psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support with anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodiversity, and related concerns. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each individual.
Treatment Approaches
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices—therapies that have been extensively researched and shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms and improving functioning. These include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
Trauma-Informed Care
Focus of Treatment
Treatment is always guided by the unique needs and goals of each client. My aim is to reduce symptoms, improve overall quality of life, and equip clients with tools that support lasting progress beyond the course of therapy.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their health insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of their care.
If you are uninsured or are choosing to self-pay for services, you may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. You will also receive a Good Faith Estimate when required under federal law.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services website.
