Neurodivergent Support Program
A structured, supportive online program for adults with ADHD, autism, OCD, anxiety, and other forms of neurodiversity who want practical tools for real-life functioning.
Many people who reach out describe feeling stuck with follow-through, overwhelmed by daily tasks, or unsure how to navigate social situations in a way that feels natural.
This program is designed to help you build practical systems, reduce overwhelm, and develop strategies that actually work for your brain.
This is not a traditional therapy group or a “social skills” class. It is a structured, real-world functioning program that integrates executive function support, anxiety and OCD strategies, and communication skills in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.
